Both adults and children can learn to swim or improve their existing skills. The instructors will assess to ensure the participant is in the appropriate class.
Recreational Services manages three facilities: the Student Recreation Center, Indian Creek Recreation Area and Panthersville.
Graduate students in exercise science provide quality training and nutrition consultations to help their clients achieve a healthy lifestyle.
From ab blast to Zumba®, we have over 35 classes for you to choose from. All of these classes are free and last between 20 and 50 minutes.
Clinics are offered for a small fee and include a learning progression throughout the semester. Participants can choose from dance, martial arts and yoga classes.
Choose from a variety of team and individual sports, geared towards all skill levels. Get your friends or classmates together to form a team, or sign up as a free agent.
We offer CPR, first aid, lifeguard and water safety courses. Rates vary based on your membership status and registration opens the first day of each semester.
Our outdoor program offers a wide variety of experiences, through trips and the challenge program, for all skill levels and led by experienced leaders.
|Paintball Club: Winning on the National Level|
|The Paintball Club at Georgia State University is one of twenty-four current Sport Clubs sponsored by Recreational Services. Sport Clubs sponsored by Recreational Services are student-run organizations. Over the last five years, the Paintball Club has been one of the most successful Sport Clubs.
