How to Register
Register at the service counter in the lobby during registration period with PantherCard using cash, check, credit cards (American Express not accepted) or PantherCash. Only adult members and children of members may register. Guests and nonmembers are not permitted to register or participate in clinics.
A full refund will be given if the participant cancels by January 29 for Session 1 or by March 3 for Session 2. If you would like to receive a refund for your clinic, please contact Adam Penn.
Classes that have not met enrollment requirements will be canceled and refunds or transfers will be issued. This will be determined on January 22 for Session 1 or by March 3 for Session 2.
Participants should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled lesson time. If a participant arrives 10 minutes or more late to their scheduled class, the participant will not be able to attend class that day. The instructors and staff will use the clocks in the Aquatics Center as the official time. The goal is for participants and instructors to focus on learning and to teach with as little interruption as possible.
Chair lifts and wheelchairs are available for persons with disabilities. Please notify the equipment issue desk (404-413-1770) 30 minutes prior to your swim. For other requests, please submit our online form.
