Classes & Clinics

Instructional Clinics Free Fitness Classes
Qualified instructors teach participants a progression of skills in these non-credit classes. A variety of clinics are offered in yoga, martial arts, sports instruction, dance and specialty. Registration is required. Round out your exercise program with these FREE, drop-in classes! Choose from a variety of classes including Kickboxing, Spin, Zumba, water exercise and more!
SCUBA Safety Programs Aquatics
Explore a new world that includes reef, fish, and opportunities that you never thought imaginable. The Florida Keys are a great destination to obtain your certification or participate in pleasuring diving. Lifeguard training and CPR/First Aid certification classes are offered several times a semester. Learn how to swim or take one of our energizing water-aerobic classes.
