Start your fitness journey at the Student Recreation Center with personal training, free fitness classes and instructional clinics. Learn all the tools needed to build a healthy, active lifestyle.

Fitness Center
Meet one on one with our personal trainers or nutrition counselors to start planning a path to a healthy lifestyle. Starter packages start at $45 for Atlanta students and $50 for Recreation members and Perimeter students.

Fitness Classes
Grab a towel and water bottle and join others in one of the free group fitness classes. Sample some of the hottest trends in group fitness including Zumba®, Cycle, Boot Camp, Cardio Kickboxing and more. No registration required, so drop in anytime!

Instructional Clinics
Learn a new skill or improve techniques in the wide variety of instructional clinics. Clinic options include martial arts, Pilates, a variety of yoga and dance. Instructional clinics require registration, but offer affordable ways to broaden your fitness experience.
