Start your fitness journey here with personal training, fitness classes and instructional clinics. You can learn all the tools you need to build a healthy, active lifestyle. Discover affordable ways to take advantage of the exercise options through Recreational Services. There are three different program areas to meet your fitness needs.

Fitness Center
Meet one on one with our personal trainers or nutrition counselors to start planning your path to a healthy lifestyle. Sessions start as low as $10 for students and $15 for members. Check out our packages to find ways to save money on comprehensive personal fitness assessments, training sessions and nutrition consultations.

Fitness Classes
Grab your towel and water bottle and join your friends in one of the free group fitness classes. Sample some of the hottest trends in group fitness including Zumba, indoor cycling, boot camp, kickboxing and more. No registration required, so drop in anytime.

Instructional Clinics
Learn a new skill or improve your techniques in the wide variety of instructional clinics. Clinic options include martial arts, sport instruction, yoga and dance. Instructional clinics require registration, but offer affordable ways to broaden your fitness experience.
