Trips

About the Program
These programs are open to Georgia State students, faculty and staff. Graduates who are Recreation members may also register.Students are given first priority on all trips. Guests are welcomed on a space available basis. Minimum age to participate is 16 unless otherwise specified. A moderate level of fitness will allow for a more enjoyable experience.

Registration
Register in the Touch the Earth Outdoor Equipment Rental Center. The entrance is on the Lower Level-outside entrance behind the Student Recreation Center. Register by the Tuesday before the trip. Pay with cash, check or PantherCash. Trips fill early. Liability waiver will be signed at the time of registration or on the day of the trip.

  • Others

Refunds
Receive a full refund if you cancel more than 10 days before the trip date. If the coordinator cancels a trip, you may receive a full refund or credit voucher for future trip. No refunds will be awarded for cancellations made less than 10 dates prior to trip date or for no shows.

No refunds will be given for deposits on break trips. Money paid toward the trip balance is not refundable after the date of the pre-trip meeting. Payment deadlines must be met or trip spot and all payments will be forfeited.
