Missing the "group" from group fitness? No problem! Get your workout in at home with our classic group fitness classes. Various options are available via Youtube and our social media. Tune in live or repeat on your own.

Flexibility Friday
Relax before your weekend. Stretching is often forgotten about so join us each Friday for a general muscle group(s) stretch.

Nutrition
Our Pawsitive Nutrition Team misses Wednesday's at the SRC. Don't worry! They have gone online, too! Participate in virtual nutrition counseling with our Registered Dietitian and graduate nutrition interns.

Touch the Earth Tuesday
On Tuesdays, students can learn helpful outdoor skills or test their wilderness knowledge. Items include but not limited to proper equipment usage, professional tips for adventuring outside, cooking on an open fire,  wilderness medicine tips, outdoor themed trivia, to stress relief art sessions.

Video Game Tournaments
Play against your friends, go head-to-head against your opponents, show off your skills, or smash the competition all from the comfort of your own home.

Wellness Tips
Stay well during this trying time. Tips include mindfulness, nutrition, engaging activities, social support and more

Recreation Movement
During a time when social distancing is the norm, let's come together digitally through fitness. The 2020 Recreation Movement is about staying active together, even when we’re apart! Students, faculty, university staff and alumni are able to participate in online workout classes from 40 different colleges and universities across the country. Digital fitness and recreation are great ways to have people connect, engage and stay healthy during these uncertain times.

Social Distancing Responsibly in the Outdoors
For many of us, travel and the outdoors provide solace. During these uncertain and challenging times, the outdoors can still provide an escape and add some sense of normality to our lives. As the outdoor industry grapples with the effects of COVID-19, there are ways our community can follow recommended practices to support and keep each other healthy—and still enjoy the nature around us.

Down Dog - Great Yoga Anywhere
Due to the current outbreak, many people are avoiding gathering in large groups, including yoga studios and other fitness spaces. We believe that stressful times like these are precisely when people need wellness practices the most, and we are committed to doing our part to help out. So that anyone who wants to practice at home can do so, we are making all of our apps - Down Dog, Yoga for Beginners, HIIT, Barre, and 7 Minute Workout - completely free until May 1st. In response to the many school closures taking place, we are also offering free access until July 1st for all students and teachers (K-12 and college).
