The Department of Recreational Services wants you to stay healthy and physically active by engaging with us every day. The CDC recommends taking care of your body, taking deep breaths, exercising daily, and stretching which are important to stay healthy and happy. We are here for you! Below is our virtual programming offerings this Fall. We will be also have in-person programming beginning in mid-September. Those schedules have been posted on their respective pages.

Our virtual fitness classes will be offered August 24 - December 7.

All content is pre-recorded unless noted. The times reflect when the post will appear on social media.

Our Fitness Instructor Training (F.I.T.) program is designed to prepare the fitness enthusiast to lead safe and effective group exercise classes. This course is being offered fully online. During this process, participants will be evaluated on skills in several different areas. At the end of the training process, participants will have the opportunity to audition to be an instructor with Recreational Services. Registration closes 48 hours before the first day of class.
