Fitness Classes

About the Program 
Bored with the treadmill? Those who enjoy a group workout atmosphere should check out the free classes offered every semester! Eligible participants may attend any of these classes as long as space permits. Those entering late are responsible for warming up and being prepared for class.

Our virtual fitness classes will be offered August 24 - December 7.

All content is pre-recorded unless noted. The times reflect when the post will appear on social media.

Mondays 12 p.m. Circuit Training
Tuesdays 3 p.m. Core Conditioning
Wednesdays 6 p.m. Barre Fitness
Thursdays 3 p.m. Gym Yoga
Fridays 6 p.m. Belly Dance Fitness

In-person Schedule

Registration opens 48 hours before the day of the class and registration closes 15 minutes before class start time. Due to limited class sizes, only registered participants will be allowed to enter the studio.
