About the Program
Bored with the treadmill? Those who enjoy a group workout atmosphere should check out the free classes offered every semester! Eligible participants may attend any of these classes as long as space permits. Those entering late are responsible for warming up and being prepared for class.
Classes may be canceled due to consistent low attendance.
Our virtual fitness classes will be offered May 10 - 28 & June 7 - July 23.
The days reflect when the post will appear on social media. Yoga (live) requires registration.

|Virtual classes will be viewable on demand and posted twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays on our social media platforms. Class formats will consist of a variety of the following: Circuit Training, Core Conditioning and Gym Yoga.

|Two 30-minute special “live” virtual classes require registration. Registration opens 48 hours before class starts and closes 10 minutes before class starts. Check-in closes 10 minutes after class starts. A
Zoom™ link will be sent upon registration.
Registration opens 48 hours before the day of the class and registration closes 10 minutes before class start time. Due to limited class sizes, only registered participants will be allowed to enter the studio.
Classes occur in the Student Recreation Center. Descriptions of each class can be found on the registration page.
