Fitness Classes

About the Program 
Bored with the treadmill? Those who enjoy a group workout atmosphere should check out the free classes offered every semester! Eligible participants may attend any of these classes as long as space permits. Those entering late are responsible for warming up and being prepared for class.

Classes may be canceled due to consistent low attendance.

Schedule

Registration opens 48 hours before the day of the class and registration closes 10 minutes before class start time. Check-in closes 10 minutes after class start time. Due to limited class sizes, only registered participants will be allowed to enter the studio.

Classes occur in the Student Recreation Center. Descriptions of each class can be found on the registration page. Register

Enjoy the beautiful fall weather at our ICRA facility. Participate in a 60-minute session of Gym Yoga-Flow. Flow with your breath as you transition to each pose.

Feel like a rockstar with this full body jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. We provide the glow, you bring the energy!
