FITNESS CLASSES
Bored with the treadmill? Those who enjoy a group workout atmosphere should check out the free classes offered every semester! Eligible participants may attend any of these classes as long as space permits. Those entering late are responsible for warming up and being prepared for class.
Formats include strength training, cardio exercise, dance fitness and more!

Mini clinics and classes are free for May to all members. Members must register to participate in free classes.
Registration opens 48 hours before class time and closes five minutes before class time. Check-in begins 10 minutes before class start time and closes five minutes after class start time. Due to limited class sizes, only registered participants will be allowed to enter the studio. No participants will be admitted to the class five minutes after class start time.
