FITNESS CLASSES
Bored with the treadmill? Those who enjoy a group workout atmosphere should check out the free classes offered every semester! Eligible participants may attend any of these classes as long as space permits. Those entering late are responsible for warming up and being prepared for class.
Formats include strength training, cardio exercise, dance fitness and more!

Location: Atlanta campus - Student Recreation Center
Descriptions of each class can be found on the registration page. Registration opens 48 hours before the day of the class and registration closes five minutes before class start time. Check-in closes five minutes after class start time. Due to limited class sizes, only registered participants will be allowed to enter the studio.
