PERSONAL TRAINING & PAWSITIVE NUTRITION
About the Program
The Fitness Center has served the Georgia State community for over 30 years. The staff members are graduate students in the fields of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy, with a background in Exercise Science or a closely related major. These professionals in training provide quality services at affordable prices while helping their clients achieve a healthy lifestyle.
Fitness assessments and personal training sessions can be purchased online. Patrons will initially purchase a Fitness Assessment and after completion, will be sent a link to purchase more Personal Training sessions (1,4, or 8 session packages). Once purchased, you'll be contacted by the Fitness Center staff within three business days to schedule your first appointment through MyRec Bookings where you will be able to view trainer bios and schedules. Trainer availability varies and can be viewed once contacted after your purchase.

- Individualized goal setting such as increasing muscle mass, mindful eating, portion control, improving food choices and more
